Delivery
The delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days, provided the order is placed on a business day (excluding public holidays).
The shipping costs for all orders within the Netherlands are €4.50.
The orders for Belgium and Germany amount to €6.50.
For all other countries, the shipping costs are €15.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code from Post NL, which you can use to track your order.
We recommend checking your track and trace code to find out why your order is delayed. If you still can't figure it out, please contact our customer service at: info@savoirsportwear.com . We will respond to your email within 48 hours.
We would like to emphasize the importance of checking your personal details before confirming your order. Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made afterwards. For further questions, please contact our customer service at: info@savoirsportwear.com . We will respond to your email within 12 hours.
Return
This is possible! Send an email to info@savoirsportwear.nl and specify which product you wish to exchange. We will then contact you within two working days.
You always have the option to return your order within 14 days of the receipt date.
Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Use the return form on our website.
Please note! Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, ensure they are properly packaged and do not get damaged during transit. Always request proof of postage from the service point. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
Follow the steps below to return your order via PostNL:
1. Fill out the return form.
2. Stick the return label over the address label on your package.
3. Make sure the package is securely closed.
4. Take your package to a PostNL Service Point .
5. You will receive a shipping confirmation from PostNL - keep this carefully until your order has been fully processed.
Processing your return will take a maximum of 5 business days after receipt. Once the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order after you have confirmed it. Please check your personal details carefully before placing an order.
If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. Make sure you accept our emails to prevent them from being marked as "unwanted email". If you still can't find your order confirmation in your spam folder, please contact our customer service at: info@savoirsportwear.com . We will respond to your email within two business days.
